Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email notification.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Once your order is processed it is generally shipped out within 2 business days. This can only take place once we verify your shipping information as we need to ensure we have the correct and full details to allow us to begin the shipping process. Please ensure you have filled out your information correctly to avoid any delays. If required we will contact you to provide further information and or correct details. You can also contact us if you think you have entered any incorrect information
TIMEFRAME:
We aim to get your purchase you as soon as possible depending on your location. Your order should arrive between 10 business days from time of shipping out depending on your location. These timeframes are what we aim for and expect however they are approximate only as there may be instances of delays which we have no influence over including but not limited to airline and carrier factors, customs clearances, etc and we hope that you understand.
We offer shipping to the following: Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, and United States of America.
IMPORT TAXES AND DUTIES:
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these
charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Please contact your countries customs office to determine what these additional costs may be. If you are incurred any of these charges please contact us so we can discuss and try to help you.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. You/the customer are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please refer to our "Return and refund policy" page for Exceptions / non-returnable items.
To be eligible for a return, it must be approved by us, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@coreshakes.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work towards a satisfactory solution.
